From July 1 to 3, 2026, all personnel of St. Michael Academy participated in the Foundation Retreat Seminar (FRS 1, 2, and 3) and Retreat at the Sta. Catalina Spirituality Center in Baguio City. Facilitated by the Dominican Sisters and a priest, the three-day spiritual formation provided meaningful opportunities for prayer, reflection, personal renewal, and spiritual growth.
Joining the retreat was School Director and Principal, Sr. Pinlyn B. Dahili, OP, whose presence and encouragement reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing both the professional and spiritual development of its personnel. Through moments of silence, reflection, and shared experiences, participants were encouraged to deepen their relationship with God, embrace the pursuit of truth, strengthen their sense of community, and renew their commitment to serving others with compassion and humility.
As the retreat concluded, all personnel returned with renewed faith, strengthened hearts, and a clearer sense of purpose. Inspired by this meaningful experience, they continue to embody the values of the Dominican tradition in their daily work, fostering a school community grounded in faith, integrity, collaboration, and selfless service for the greater good of every Michaelian.
