June 5, 2026 — The fifth day of the In-Service Training (INSET) focused on Classroom Management and the Art of Questioning, facilitated by Ms. Janet Fernandez and sponsored by Phoenix Publishing House.

The session featured group sharing and reflection on effective classroom management strategies, allowing teachers to exchange experiences and best practices. Participants also engaged in role-playing activities that simulated common classroom situations.

In the discussion on the Art of Questioning, teachers conducted an audit of the questions used in their learning plans to ensure alignment with learning objectives and to promote higher-order thinking among students.

The activity strengthened educators’ capacity to create engaging learning environments and deliver more purposeful instruction.
