June 4, 2026 — The fourth day of the In-Service Training (INSET) was led by Sr. Pinlyn Dahili, OP, School Director and Principal, and focused on strengthening personnel formation and development within the SMA community.

The day’s activities began with the reorganization of the Personnel Formation Program (PFP) groupings. This was followed by an evaluation of the previous school year’s activities, allowing participants to reflect on accomplishments, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Building on these insights, personnel collaboratively crafted action plans aligned with SMA’s four pillars: Study, Serve, Pray, and Play Together. The planning session aimed to ensure that future programs and initiatives remain responsive to the needs of the school community while fostering holistic growth among personnel.

The activity underscored SMA’s strong commitment to the continuous formation, development, and empowerment of its personnel in support of the school’s mission and vision.
